Discuss with Bride and Groom details pertaining to the celebration
  • Review checklist from 6 months to present
  • Review agreements with professional vendors
  • Organize and confirm details with a time line of events
  • Offer expertise in wedding etiquette
2 weeks prior to the wedding
  • Contact professionals with reminder phone calls. Set up final appointments if necessary (additional hours billed for attending appointments)
  • Distribute schedule of events to family, bridal party, and friends.
Ceremony Rehearsal
Assist with directing the ceremony
  • Direct flow of bridal party and review roles of participants
  • Discuss details with the Officiate
  • Gather specific items necessary for actual ceremony (i.e. candles, programs, bubbles, etc)
Wedding Day
  • Arrive 1 hours prior to ceremony at Brides residence
  • Assist accordingly with flower distribution, minor clothing repairs (i.e. buttons) and bridal final touches
  • Coordinate Ceremony
  • Coordinate reception as discussed with professional vendors
  • Compensate vendors with final payments and/or tips
